Welcome to AMZ Cabs. By booking a vehicle with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a safe, transparent, and reliable experience for both our passengers and our team.
1. Booking & Pricing Policy
- Per-Kilometer Billing: All outstation and local trips are billed on a per-kilometer basis as quoted at the time of booking.
- Garage-to-Garage: Distance is calculated from our garage and back to our garage.
- Exclusions: The base fare covers the vehicle and driver. Toll taxes, State permits, Parking charges, and GST are extra and must be paid by the customer at actuals.
- Night Charges: A driver “Night Allowance” is applicable if the trip extends beyond 10:00 PM or starts before 6:00 AM.
2. Trip Details & Extensions
- Minimum KM: For outstation trips, a minimum of 300 KM per day will be charged even if the actual distance traveled is less.
- Driver Batta: For multi-day trips, a daily driver allowance (Batta) will be charged separately.
- Accuracy: Please ensure all pickup and drop details are accurate. AMZ Cabs is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided during booking.
3. Usage & Safety Rules
- No Smoking/Drinking: Smoking and consumption of alcohol or illegal substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
- Passenger Limit: The number of passengers must not exceed the legal seating capacity of the vehicle (e.g., 4+1 for Sedans, 6+1 or 7+1 for SUVs).
- Cleanliness: If the vehicle is damaged or excessively soiled by the guest (food spills, etc.), a cleaning/repair fee will be charged.
- Hilly Areas: For safety, the Air Conditioning (AC) may be switched off while driving in high-altitude or steep hilly sections.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation Fee:
- Within 48 Hrs: Full refund of the advance.
- Within 24 Hrs: 50% refund of the advance.
- Within 2 Hours: Customer is liable for the full base day-rate.
- No-Show: If the customer does not arrive at the pickup point within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without notice, it will be treated as a “No-Show” and the advance will be forfeited.
- Vehicle Availability: In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown or unavailability, we will provide an equivalent vehicle segment.
5. Legal & Liability
- Force Majeure: AMZ Cabs is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural calamities, strikes, road blockages, or traffic jams.
- Lost Items: While our drivers are highly trusted, passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from the services provided shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune/Nagpur, Maharashtra.
