Booking & Payments
How do I book a cab with AMZ Cabs?
You can book directly through our website or by calling our 24/7 customer support line. Simply provide your pickup location, destination, and preferred vehicle type.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe), and net banking through our secure Razorpay gateway. You can also pay in cash directly to the driver at the end of your trip.
Do I need to pay in advance?
For outstation trips, a nominal advance may be required to confirm your booking. For local city travel, you can choose to pay at the time of pickup or after the ride.

Which cities do you operate in?
We currently provide premium cab services in Pune, Nagpur, Amravati, and Chandrapur, including airport transfers, local city rentals, and intercity outstation drops.
What types of vehicles are available?
Our fleet includes well-maintained sedans (Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire), spacious SUVs (Maruti Suzuki Ertiga) and premium Innova Crysta to accommodate different group sizes and luggage needs.
Are your cabs air-conditioned?
Yes, all AMZ Cabs are fully air-conditioned and regularly serviced to ensure a comfortable journey, especially during the summer months.
Cancellations & Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Read More about cancellation policy on our terms and conditions page.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once processed, refunds typically reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
Safety & Reliability
Are the drivers verified?
Absolutely. All our drivers undergo background checks and are professionally trained to ensure passenger safety and courteous behavior.
What happens if my flight or train is delayed?
Don’t worry! If you’ve provided your flight or train number during booking, we monitor the status and adjust the pickup time accordingly. Please note that additional waiting charges may apply after a certain grace period.
Is it safe for solo female travelers at night?
Safety is our top priority. Our vehicles are GPS-tracked in real-time, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct. You can share your GPS location status with friends or family.
Extra Charges
Are there any hidden costs?
Transparent pricing is our promise. The quote provided includes base fare and fuel. However, toll taxes, parking fees, and state permits (for outstation) are to be paid extra as per actuals.
